Most suppliers handle plain knits perfectly well. Where they quietly back away is everything else: intricate multi-colour jacquard, intarsia, unusual yarn blends, a small run of one difficult style, or a delivery window that is already tight.
That is the work our floor is built for. We own the machines, we program and knit in-house, and we will tell you honestly whether a design is achievable — before you commit to anything.

Every colour is its own yarn, built into the fabric stitch by stitch. There is no ink layer on the surface to crack, fade or peel.
Most suppliers cap out at 4-6 and quietly simplify your artwork. Our own charting and our own machines mean we do not have to.
A printed knit is still a plain knit underneath. A jacquard carries the pattern in the hand-feel, not just the look.

A raised 3D stitch that takes a heavier yarn and a slow, controlled knit — and finishes cleanly on the reverse.

Are you a factory or a trading company?＋
We own the factory. Our knitwear runs on ~100 computer flat-knit machines on our own floor in Dalang, Dongguan — the knitwear hub of China. There is no trading company and no middleman markup between you and production.
What kinds of knitwear can you make?＋
Jacquard (multi-colour, pattern knitted in) up to 13 colours per chart, intarsia, fair isle, cable and textured structures, fine-gauge knits, brushed fleece, rib, and embroidery or appliqué on knit. Sweaters, cardigans, vests, pullovers, beanies and knit accessories.
What is your minimum order quantity?＋
100 pieces per design. MOQ is counted per design — not per colour or size — so you can split a single design across sizes and colourways without multiplying the minimum.
How fast is sampling?＋
72 hours for a physical knit sample in most cases. You also get a digital proof first, so patterns, colours and placement are agreed before anything is knitted.
Can you produce a design another supplier turned down?＋
That is the work we specialise in. Intricate multi-colour jacquard, unusual yarn blends, small runs of a single difficult style, and tight delivery windows are exactly what our own machines and in-house team are set up for.
Do you work with brands developing their own collections?＋
Yes — that is our core customer. Brands, designers and retailers developing their own exclusive or private-label knitwear, rather than reselling someone else's product.
Do you have a design team?＋
Yes. A 5-person in-house design team turns a sketch, reference photo or existing tech pack into a knit-ready chart and machine program — full ODM from concept to bulk.
What does the price depend on?＋
Yarn type, stitch and colour count, design complexity, finishing and quantity. As a guide, a typical jacquard knit sweater runs roughly $8–18 per piece EXW at 100–1000 pcs. Send your design and quantity for an exact quote.
What are your lead times?＋
Bulk is typically 2–3 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and season. Capacity is around 500 pcs/day. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront — we will say honestly whether it is achievable.
How does delivery work?＋
We ship DDP to your door — freight and import duties included, so you know your landed cost before you commit. FOB and EXW are also available on request.
Can I use my own labels, tags and packaging?＋
Yes. Custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, Pantone-matched colours and your own size chart — all programmed in.
What are your payment terms?＋
30% deposit to lock your machine slot, 70% balance before shipping. T/T, PayPal and L/C accepted, with photos for approval before dispatch.

Your money and quality are covered at every step. We welcome third-party inspection (SGS, QIMA, BV) before you pay the balance.
