Are you a beanie factory or a trading company?+
We own the knitting floor. All knitwear — beanies, caps, sweaters and scarves — is knitted in our own Dalang factory in Dongguan, the same floor that runs our Christmas sweater programs. No trading company, no middleman markup.
What's the minimum order quantity for beanies?+
MOQ is 300 pcs per design. The same jacquard pattern can mix colors, and combining beanies with matching sweaters or scarves on one order works well for winter promo programs.
Can you jacquard-knit my logo into the cuff?+
Yes — that's our specialty. The logo is knitted into the fabric row by row, so it never peels, cracks or fades, even after years of washing. Complex multi-color logos are fine on our Shima Seiki machines.
Do you offer embroidered beanies too?+
Yes. Direct embroidery for a premium dimensional logo, or a woven badge sewn on the front or side. Up to 15 thread colors, Pantone-matched.
How fast is sampling?+
72 hours for a pre-production sample with your chosen knit pattern or embroidery. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.
Can you match our colors and size chart?+
Yes — we Pantone-match yarns, and we'll build a size chart to your market's standard (adult one-size, kids sizes, or a custom chart). We program the machines to your exact measurements.
What materials do you knit beanies from?+
Acrylic, wool-blend and cotton yarns — soft, non-itchy blends with anti-pilling treatment available. Your yarn choice has almost no effect on unit cost.
What are your payment terms?+
30% deposit to lock your order, 70% balance before shipping. We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C. You get photos and videos for approval before dispatch — we don't ship against B/L copy.
