Jacquard (knitted in)
The logo is knitted into the fabric, row by row. It's part of the beanie — never peels, cracks or washes off. The premium choice.
Best for brandingEmbroidery (stitched on)
A stitched logo on top of the fabric. Raised and dimensional, but it can distort on stretchy knits and may snag at the edges.
Woven patch (sewn on)
A separate badge sewn onto the beanie. Versatile, but it's an add-on piece rather than part of the knit.

Beanie Buyer Questions, Answered
Can you jacquard-knit my logo into the cuff?+
Yes — that's our specialty. The logo is knitted into the fabric row by row, so it never peels, cracks or fades, even after years of washing. Multi-color and complex logos are fine on our Shima Seiki flat-knit machines.
Do you offer embroidered beanies too?+
Yes — direct embroidery for a premium dimensional logo, or a woven badge sewn on the front or side. Up to 15 thread colors, Pantone-matched.
What's the minimum order for beanies?+
MOQ is 300 pcs per design. Mix colors within the same jacquard pattern, or bundle beanies with matching sweaters and scarves on one order.
How fast is sampling?+
72 hours for a pre-production sample with your knit pattern or embroidery. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.
What materials do you knit beanies from?+
Acrylic, wool-blend and cotton yarns — soft, non-itchy blends with anti-pilling treatment available. Your yarn choice barely changes unit cost.
Can you match our colors and size chart?+
Yes — we Pantone-match yarns and build size charts to your market's standard (adult one-size, kids, or a custom chart), programmed into the machines.
What are your payment terms?+
30% deposit to lock your order, 70% balance before shipping. We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C. You get photos for approval before dispatch — we don't ship against B/L copy.
Are you a beanie factory or a trading company?+
We own the knitting floor in Dalang. Beanies are knitted on the same machines as our sweaters — no middleman markup, factory-direct pricing.
