When you submit an RFQ (Request for Quote) through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), phone/WhatsApp (optional), and project details including product type, quantity, deadline, and budget range. We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through Vercel Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your RFQ information solely to prepare and send you a quote. Your contact details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your project specifications with our partner factories only as needed to produce your order — and only after you confirm an order with us.
3. Data Storage
RFQ submissions are forwarded to our email (info@bentepromo.com) and stored in our internal CRM. We retain correspondence records for the duration of the business relationship plus 2 years. Web server logs are retained for 30 days.
4. Cookies
This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. We use a single session cookie for form security (CSRF protection), which expires when you close your browser. Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-first, cookie-less approach.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Vercel for hosting and Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Our site may contain links to Alibaba (our supplier verification profile) and customer review platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@bentepromo.com. We will respond within 30 days. This applies to all users regardless of location — we extend GDPR-level rights to everyone.
