Do you accept single-piece or small retail orders?+
No — we're a wholesale manufacturer. Minimum order is 100 pcs per design.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?+
Yes. Sampling takes 72 hours, and the sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.
Do you offer original designs (ODM)?+
Yes. Our in-house 5-person design team turns your idea or sketch into production-ready artwork.
What's the lead time for Christmas orders?+
Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks. To land by December, order by early September.
Can you match my brand colors and labels?+
Yes — Pantone matching, plus custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels and packaging.
What are your payment terms?+
30% deposit to lock your order, 70% balance before shipping. We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C. You get photos for approval before dispatch — we don't ship against B/L copy.
Are the sweaters scratchy?+
No. Our default is a soft acrylic-cotton blend that's non-scratchy and anti-pilling. Fiber cost per piece is nearly identical, so cotton or wool barely changes your price.
Can I use my own size charts?+
Yes — we program our machines to your measurement spec, so your sizes fit your market.
Do you offer sustainable or recycled yarn?+
Yes — recycled yarn and GRS-certified options are available on request.
Can you make LED light-up sweaters?+
Yes — we build LED light-up sweaters, and any ugly-sweater design you can dream up.
Are you certified?+
Instead of paying for certification fees, we put that money into what matters more — workflow optimization, equipment upgrades, and a better factory environment. Every dollar goes into your product, not paperwork. We welcome factory visits, so come see how your order is made before you buy.
