MOQ 100 pcs — Counted Per Design, Not Per Colour
The most common misunderstanding in custom knitwear is how the minimum is counted. A MOQ of 100 pieces is per design, not per colour or per size. That means a single design can be split across sizes and a few colourways — 5 sizes × 4 colours × 5 pieces each still counts as one design.
This matters because it lets you offer your retail customers real choice (multiple sizes and colours) without multiplying your minimum. Each new design carries its own 100-piece minimum — the pattern is re-programmed on the machine, which is where the setup cost sits.
Need fewer than 100 pieces? Ask about our lower-MOQ options on lighter programs. But for a true knitwear run, a per-design minimum keeps the unit cost realistic.

Rather than paying certification fees, we put that money into equipment and workflow — and we welcome factory visits and third-party inspection (SGS/QIMA/BV). We use AQL 2.5 quality control on every order.
Can you use recycled or sustainable yarn?+
Yes — recycled yarn and GRS-certified options are available on request for eco-conscious brands.
