1. Scope
These terms apply to all custom manufacturing and sourcing services provided by Bente through bentepromo.com. By submitting an RFQ or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Bente is a trading name of Bente Import&Export Co.,Ltd.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided in USD and are valid for 14 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities, and timelines you provide. Material or specification changes after quote acceptance may result in revised quotes. Quotes include product cost, customization, and standard packaging. Freight and duties are quoted separately (DDP terms available on request).
3. Sampling
Pre-production samples are available within 72 hours for most product categories. Sample fees (including courier) are quoted upfront and are typically credited against your production order. Digital proofs and technical packs are provided free of charge as part of the quoting process.
4. Orders & Payment
Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (wire transfer) and major trade assurance platforms. Production begins upon deposit confirmation. Orders are confirmed via email or purchase order — both constitute a binding agreement.
5. Production & Quality
All orders are inspected to AQL 2.5 standard before shipment. You will receive photos and/or videos from the production line at agreed checkpoints. Production timelines are estimates — we communicate any delays promptly. Force majeure events (natural disasters, port strikes, pandemic restrictions) may extend timelines.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via sea, air, or express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx). DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are available — we handle customs clearance and duties for a single landed cost. Transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not order confirmation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch unless DDP insurance is purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your logos, designs, and artwork. We will not reproduce your custom designs for any other client. We reserve the right to display finished products in our portfolio/case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bente's liability is limited to the invoice value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed event deadlines, lost revenue, or brand damage. We strongly recommend ordering with adequate lead time and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, through arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong.
