Why It Takes a Shima Seiki
The raised 3D texture — what we call bitter-melon knit — comes from relief stitch (挂毛): multiple yarns fed in a specific sequence to build dimensional ridges into the fabric. Clean on both sides, no stray threads. This complex patterning only runs on Japanese Shima Seiki (or equivalent STOLL) computerized flat-knit machines. A standard flat-bed or hand-operated machine simply cannot produce this texture.

Can I get a sample before bulk production?+
Yes — 72-hour sampling. We knit one piece to your spec (color + pattern + size). Sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.
What's the difference between ODM and OEM?+
ODM: we design the pattern and color combinations, you pick and approve. OEM: you provide the design file, Pantone codes, and spec sheet — we execute exactly. Both include labels, tags and packaging.
Can you match my brand's Pantone colors?+
