Our Apparel Factory
All apparel — T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweaters, pants and jackets — is made in our own factory. Knitwear production is based in our Dalang factory; woven and cut-and-sew run on dedicated lines in-house. Knitwear on ~100 Japanese Shima Seiki flat-knit machines; woven and cut-and-sew on dedicated sewing lines. Non-apparel products (drinkware, bags, tents) are managed through certified partner workshops.
Production floor — sewing lines, cutting tables and QC stations. In-house print & embroidery on site.

What's the minimum order quantity?+
No minimum — start from a single piece. You can mix sizes and colors within the same print design. For multiple print designs, each design counts as a separate print run.
Can I mix T-shirts and polo shirts in one order?+
Yes — as long as the same decoration applies across garments, we can mix garment types. Different decoration methods may affect the order structure.
What decoration method should I choose?+
Screen printing: best for simple logos, bulk orders, lowest per-unit cost. Embroidery: best for polos, corporate wear, premium look. DTG: best for photorealistic art, small runs. Heat transfer: best for names/numbers. Sublimation: best for all-over prints on polyester. Send us your artwork and we'll recommend.
Do you offer samples before bulk production?+
Yes — we produce a pre-production sample with your chosen decoration method within 72 hours. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.
What fabric options do you have?+
100% cotton (soft, breathable), cotton-poly blends (durable, less shrinkage), tri-blend (vintage feel), pique knit (polo standard), performance polyester (moisture-wicking), and fleece (hoodies/sweats). We'll send fabric swatches with your sample.
Can you do individual names and numbers?+
Yes — heat-transfer names and numbers for sports jerseys and event kits. Pricing depends on the number of unique names/numbers. Allow extra production time for personalization.
Can I use my own size charts?+
Yes — we program production to your measurement spec, so your sizes fit your market, not a generic chart.
What are your payment terms?+
30% deposit to lock your order, 70% balance before shipping. We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C. You get photos for approval before dispatch — we don't ship against B/L copy.
