What's the minimum order quantity?+
There's no minimum — start from a single piece. Unit price improves as your volume grows, so larger orders get better pricing.
Is the vacuum insulation effective?+
Yes — keeps drinks hot for 6–8 hours, cold for 12+ hours. Double-wall 304/316 stainless steel with a BPA-free lid and straw.
Can you match my brand's Pantone color?+
Yes — custom powder coat in any Pantone color, in matte, gloss or soft-touch finish. 20+ stock colors also available.
What decoration method should I choose?+
Laser engraving for single-color logos, UV print for full-color designs, and color-fill for tactile two-tone branding. We'll recommend based on your artwork.
What are your payment terms?+
30% deposit to lock your order, 70% balance before shipping. We accept T/T, PayPal, and L/C. You get photos for approval before dispatch — we don't ship against B/L copy.
